DCPD-Rim is a kind of thermosetting resin. Its Molecular structure is relying onn two unsaturated carbon covalent bonds under rapid polymerization reaction in specail mould to heatand generated PDCPD. With Millions of molecules, DCPD can resist +180C to -50C temperature. The Molecules aggregate into a grid, and with a layer of osidation film outside. DCPD can avoid oxidation and corrosion problem in strong acid and alkali, has very good repeated cracking or burning property to achieve environmental protection, and also has very good adhension and good spraying result after epoxy and polyurethane series painting. It's widely applied in automotive, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, medical equipment and other products.
